Disclaimer: Jewelry sold by Evitt & Co. is intended for adult use only. Jewelry is not intended for use by children ages 14 and under.  Please read the Safety Notice below for clarification regarding the high age range. By purchasing Evitt & Co. jewelry, Customer understands that product is intended for adult use and Customer is responsible for keeping Evitt & Co. jewelry away from children ages 14 and under.

Safety Notice: Evitt & Co. jewelry contains small parts, which are a choking hazard for children. Also, many jewelry-making components on the market contains certain levels of lead. While these components are generally deemed safe for use by adults, it is unsafe for use by children - particularly children ages 6 and under. Massachusetts' Jewelry Lead Law defines children as ages 14 and under, which is why we choose to set the age limit to age 14.

To keep children safe do not allow them to play with Evitt & Co. jewelry; specifically, do not allow children to put jewelry in their mouth or consume jewelry components. If you think they have consumed a jewelry component please take them to the hospital immediately to reduce time for digestion, which will eliminate or decrease the risk of lead poisoning.

According to certain state laws jewelry to be used by adults must fit under specific material classifications. All Evitt & Co. jewelry safely falls under Class 1, 2 and 3 according to CA Jewelry-Making Materials Classification. For more information on the CA Lead Law and Classifications please click here.  Many other states are working to pass Jewelry Lead Laws. Please refer to your state's Department of Public Health for further information.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders will ship between 2 - 3 business days from the order date. If there is a situation where an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you with the approximate ship time frame. In the event the company is closed for holidays or other life events then we will update the site to reflect the temporary shipping schedule.

Shipping:

We ship all items via USPS (United States Postal Services) Priority Mail. We recommend you add the Insurance option, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may add insurance after you update the page with your zip code. The insurance cost is generally minimal and the peace of mind is well worth it!

Please contact us if you prefer an alternate shipping method. If you request a preferred shipping method then you will be responsible for the cost difference.

Discounts and Gift Certificates:

Any discount codes, whether it is part of a special promotion or purchased with a gift certificate, needs to be entered before finalizing the order. Discounts will not be applied after the order is placed.

Sales tax:

We collect applicable sales tax in TN.

Is my credit card information secure through this site?

YES! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. Rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected.

Can I update my account contact information?

To update your contact information you must first sign in. Click “Account” (upper-right corner) to access your account information. After you have logged in you can then choose "Account Setting" where you will update your saved credit card info, billing and/or shipping address.

How do I add items to my wish list?

You must first login or register with the Evitt & Co. website. Once you have logged in, view the item you like and then click the 'Buy' button. Don't worry - you are not buying the item - you are just adding it to the cart. After you click the "Buy" button you will then see the item in the cart. You can either continue shopping and adding items to your cart or you can click the check box under the "Add to Wishlist" column - then click the "Update Cart" to add to your wishlist. Your items will remain saved in your wishlist until you decide to buy them at a later date.

How do I view items I've saved in my wish list?

First you must login to the Evitt & Co. website. Click on the "Account" link to login. Once you have logged in then you can click the "Wishlist" link  (upper-right corner) to view items you have previously saved.

Privacy Policy:

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We do encourage you to sign-up for our mailing list. These emails provide you with advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other events. You have the freedom to add or remove your name from our mailing list at any time.

What is the Return Policy?

We accept unused merchandise for exchange or credit refund if you contact us within 15 business days from the purchase date. “Unused merchandise” is defined by the merchandise shows no sign of use, no stains, no odor and the tags are attached. Shipping is non-refundable.
Every item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure that our quality standards have been met. Evitt & Co. is not responsible for the normal wear and tear of merchandise. However, if within 30 days there is a manufacturing defect, we will either repair the product at no charge or contact the manufacturer to replace the product. After 30 days, damages will be assessed and repaired (if possible) for a fee. Please use the Contact form to inquire about returns/repairs.

Colors & Tones of items:

The pictures that you see on our website are photographs we’ve taken of each product. The colors and tones that you see on your screen may vary slightly from the physical product depending on the ambient light in the room, the tilt of your monitor, and color and contrast settings of your computer. Every effort has been made to ensure that our photographs are show the product as they appear in person.
